Register on this site — one step creates your account and your business. Then download the Android APK or Linux app from the Downloads page, sign in with the same details, and start adding your products.

Android is available as a signed APK and Linux as a Debian package on the Downloads page. A Windows build is in progress and will appear there when a verified installer exists.

Yes. Sales, stock, refunds, expenses, and reconciliation all run on a local database on your device, so the till keeps working without internet. Signing in and cloud sync need a connection.

Sync is eventually consistent, not realtime. When you are signed in and online, the app pushes pending changes from a retrying outbox to your business's cloud account. Offline use never depends on it. Treat your device and your backups as the source of truth.

You can save a full database backup to a file in one tap, and restore it on the same or a new device. Restore validates the backup first and keeps a recovery copy of your current data.

Shop customer M-Pesa is recorded in checkout with the transaction reference, alongside cash. Paying for a MauzoPilot Business or Pro plan is separate: confirm an STK Push in the app, or submit the receipt on the website. The plan unlocks only after MauzoPilot verifies the payment against merchant records.

Yes. Owners and managers create manager and cashier accounts with business-scoped roles, enforced by the server. Day-to-day use stays offline once signed in, so a deactivated account may keep working on a device until it next connects.

Primarily on your device, in a local SQLite database. Cloud copies exist only for records synced to your account while signed in. Backup files are not encrypted, so store them somewhere safe. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Starter is KSh 0. Business is KSh 499 per month. Pro is KSh 999 per month. Pay with M-Pesa in the app or submit the receipt on this site. Plans are enforced by the server.

Open Plan and billing in the app, choose Business or Pro, and either confirm an STK Push or enter the M-Pesa receipt. You can also submit the receipt at Account after signing in here. A pasted SMS or screenshot does not unlock the plan by itself. Renewal is a new payment each month.

Yes. Products and sales can be exported to CSV, and the full database can be backed up to a file for safekeeping or moving to another device.
