M-Pesa subscription payments
Implemented in sandbox; production collection needs Daraja credentials
Business and Pro are paid with M-Pesa. Owners can confirm an STK Push in the app or submit a receipt on the website. A pasted SMS or screenshot is unverified until staff or a future Safaricom C2B confirmation matches the merchant record. Shop-customer M-Pesa at checkout is a separate till record.
Optional KRA eTIMS (OSCU)
Optional per business · sandbox-ready · not KRA-certified
Ordinary selling does not require KRA. A Business or Pro owner can store a taxpayer PIN and device serial on the server (encrypted) and submit eligible invoices through OSCU when configured. Production electronic tax invoicing waits on KRA certification of this integrator.
App and API synchronization
Eventually consistent
Signed-in devices keep a local SQLite database and a retrying outbox. When the network returns, pending products, sales, stock, and related records upload to the business account. This is not realtime.
